Gugulethu-SofiaMbatha, also known as Gugu Mbatha Raw is an actress British actress who gained notoriety for her part in 'Doctor who. The British TV science-fiction series was shown on BBC. Gugu was the main character in Jessica Swale's play in 2015, "Nell Gwynn", in the role of an actress and mistress for the king Charles II. In the wake of receiving plenty of praise from the public for her outstanding acting skills, she was nominated by Evening Standard Theatre Award. Gugu was given an award called the Order of the British Empire by Queen Elizabeth.

At the beginning of her career Handler started her professional career as a member of the Oxygen network all-female cast for a hidden camera/practical joke reality TV series Girls Behaving badly. VH1, Comedy Central Premium Blend (and HBO) have been able to broadcast live stand-up shows. The announcement was made in 2010 that she will be hosting the MTV Video Music Awards 2010. This made her the first woman to host the VMA's, following Roseanne Barr.
